We moved into the downstairs of our friend's double in Lakewood. It's nice and spacious and cool despite the heat. We've been moving in bit by bit, running back and forth from A.J.'s parents' house to retrieve essentials.
I still haven't had the joy of driving a car since we've been back, since my license expired when I turned 29 in June. I tried to renew it yesterday, but the system was down, state-wide. I called today and they said it was back up, so hopefully I'll be legal before 5:00.
We don't have internet at our new place, so for now it's difficult to check emails and to put up new posts. We were way better-connected in Ecuador!
